Chamdo

Dagste (county)
Both hands have the shape of [ILY], but the middle and ring fingers are perependicular to the palms and are touching with FT up and then move away from each other. + (2h)[B], NDH points > DS (as in TABLE), DH points upwards, and then the DH curves slightly at the wrist and bows forward (as in AFTERNOON) + Index touches where a ring would be on [S]. Dulong (county)

Lhasa or Lasa
(2h)[B], DH PO > NDS, FO > away, NDH PO up, FO away. DH fingers rub against NDH palm while DH closes to [A] twice with arms staying in place + press together palms of (2h)[B], FOs up. To see a video of this sign go to tibet_prefectures at time 0:22.

Lhokha

Medrogonkha (county)

Nakchu or Nagqu

Ngari

Nyingchi or Nyingtri

Qusshui (county)

Shigatse or Shikatse
